Recipe

  • 190gr Arborio rice
  • 7 mushrooms
  • Half an onion
  • One clove garlic
  • 700ml/800ml veg stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • Handful Chopped Cashews
  • Optional Parmesan cheese
  • Optional juice of a quarter lemon
